Getting Started with Ultimarii Guided Workflows

Orchestrator V1 is a guided, multi-step AI workflow in Ultimarii Studio, available directly inside Microsoft Teams, for recurring regulatory jobs such as IR preparedness, EAC/EIA audits, and regulatory applicability registers.

Problem

Regulatory professionals cannot reliably complete recurring, multi-source research jobs in Ultimarii without manually assembling libraries, playbooks, and cross-analysis steps, which makes valuable workflows difficult to discover, repeat, and trust.

Description

Orchestrator V1 is a guided, multi-step AI workflow in Ultimarii Studio, available directly inside Microsoft Teams, for recurring regulatory jobs such as IR preparedness, EAC/EIA audits, and regulatory applicability registers. Users select a configured Job To Be Done (JTBD), review the proposed research plan, validate and edit intermediate outputs, and receive a consolidated cited report. Behind the scenes, the orchestrator pairs relevant libraries with applicable playbooks to generate specific outputs, which are then combined using a composer to generate a final output.

Why

Evidence

Existing chat is anchored to a single current source, while the target regulatory jobs require research across multiple libraries and multiple playbook invocations. Selecting the correct library scope before each conversation is a known UX pain point; incorrect scope directly undermines the trustworthiness of regulatory outputs. High-value capabilities are difficult for users to discover and combine into an effective end-to-end workflow. The MVP includes user review at planning, phase, and intermediate and final-output stages because unreviewed intermediate errors can propagate into a regulatory deliverable.

Audience

Primary users are regulatory and legal professionals at configured Ultimarii customer tenants who repeatedly perform supported, evidence-intensive jobs using private document libraries. This guided workflow experience is available inside Microsoft Teams for customers whose CX/SME teams have prepared the required private libraries and Workflow Playbooks. V1 does not support general-purpose, unconfigured jobs or public library curation.

AI Usage & Content Review

Ultimarii uses AI to generate workflow outputs and reports. Every AI-generated output requires explicit human review and approval before the workflow proceeds, ensuring no unreviewed AI content reaches a regulatory deliverable.
